About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Founder & Creative Director. You will manage calendars, appointments, travel, correspondence, and personal tasks, ensuring smooth execution of professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage professional and personal calendars, meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements
Draft and manage professional and personal correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal errands
Maintain records, document, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ensure smooth follow-through on ongoing commitments
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant to a founder or senior leadership
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
Preferred:
Experience in design, architecture, luxury, or creative industries
Demonstrated stability in previous roles
