Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing international calls and draft professional email replies for overseas clients.
Calendar & Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange business meetings, and schedule candidate/client interviews across different time zones.
Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, ground transport, and preparing travel itineraries.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily tasks, maintain correspondence records, and manage general office/personal admin duties.
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication (mandatory for handling international clients).
Experience: Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in client coordination is preferred.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar/Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong time management, high confidentiality, problem-solving, and professional etiquette.
