We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at largest growing healthcare company to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal and Professional management & Business development strategy.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain office record and contracts with confidentiality
Corporate client handling and relationship management.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, bank account transactions, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th or graduation and 0 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
