Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
Take meeting minutes (MOM) and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other business documents.
Draft letters, emails, quotations, and official correspondence.
Maintain confidential files, documents, and company records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients/vendors for smooth operations.
Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines.
Organize meetings, conferences, events, and client visits.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Assist in preparing business reports and maintaining management dashboards.
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational and time management skills.
