Key responsibilities
· Calendar and schedule management: Manage the MD's complex schedule, appointments, and meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
· Communication management: Act as the primary point of contact, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
· Travel coordination: Arrange all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, and manage visas and invitation letters for overseas visitors.
· Document and report preparation: Draft correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
· Confidentiality and discretion: Handle all sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Meeting support: Take minutes at meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
· Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
