Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business and personal activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a high level of discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer

• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)

• Assist in business operations, follow-ups, and reporting

• Maintain records, documents, and confidential information

• Run personal and professional errands when required

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes

• Manage reminders, deadlines, and task tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy (email, scheduling tools, CRM is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in business support, admin, or operations

• Experience in IT, marketing, or startup environments (bonus)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
