Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the MD of Aradhya. You will ensure the MD’s time is maximized by handling all logistics, communication, and coordination within the boutique and with external stakeholders (vendors, high-profile clients, and designers).

​Key Responsibilities

​Executive Support: Manage the MD’s daily calendar, prioritize appointments, and handle all professional correspondence (emails/WhatsApp/calls).

​Boutique Coordination: Act as a liaison between the MD and the floor staff/tailoring unit to ensure orders are being processed according to the MD's standards.

​Client Relations: Assist in managing relationships with "VVIP" clients, including scheduling private fittings and overseeing personalized styling requests.

​Fashion Logistics: Coordinate with vendors for fabric sourcing and oversee the delivery timelines for new collections.

​Social Media & Branding: Assist the MD in coordinating photoshoots for new arrivals and ensuring the boutique’s aesthetic is maintained.

​Travel & Events: Organize travel for fashion weeks or sourcing trips and assist in planning in-store trunk shows or launch events.

​Candidate Profile

​Experience: Prior experience in the fashion industry or luxury retail is highly preferred.

​Aesthetic Sense: A strong understanding of ladies' couture, fabrics, and current fashion trends.

​Communication: Fluent in Hindi (Bengali is a plus) with a polished and professional demeanor.

​Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Park Street area and Kolkata’s luxury market.

​Soft Skills: High level of discretion, ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
