Job Role:
Manage the schedule, meetings, and appointments of the Partner/Director.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Partner.
Coordinate with clients, staff, and branches for meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain and organize professional documents, files, and records.
Assist in preparing letters, reports, and official communications.
Handle both professional and limited personal coordination tasks as required.
Travel occasionally with the Partner for meetings or professional engagements when required.
Track important tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Good knowledge of MS Office and email management
High level of organization, discretion, and multitasking ability
Qualification: Graduate preferred with experience in secretarial / executive assistant role.
