Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations
Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare reports
Assist in organizing NGO events, meetings, and field activities
Support management and HR with administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in administrative or coordination roles
Prior exposure to NGO work is an added advantage
