Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Coordinator / Project Coordinator to manage daily office operations and support internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and manage office data, records, and documentation
· Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
· Reply to internal and external office queries professionally
· Assist with basic accounts-related work
· Prepare, update, and maintain reports using MS Excel
· Coordinate with different departments for smooth office functioning
· Support project coordination and related administrative work
Requirements:
· Good communication skills in English
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
· Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounts
