We are looking for a Office Coordinator to join our team at Tape Manufacturing Company to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up with clients via calls and emails to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and manage dispatch operations, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery of shipments.
Maintain clear communication between clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays.
Monitor shipment status and quickly address any disruptions or escalations to maintain service efficiency.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
