We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) to perform a range of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organisation/business's premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand Stipend of ₹10000 during 1st 3 months of the provisional period and growth opportunities.
The starting remuneration, depending on your knowledge and experience, if any, during the 3-month provisional period, is ₹10,000. After 3 months, depending on your performance, it will be ₹11,000. Upon successful completion of the training period, your salary will be fixed at ₹12,000, based on your performance. There will also be opportunities to increase remuneration during the provisional period for exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel with formulas, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. She must have a professional attitude, be an expert in written and verbal communication, and have a pleasing personality.
