Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support the Founder and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between the Founder and internal teams
Manage meetings, calendars, and schedules
Handle follow-ups and reporting
Manage office coordination and documentation
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi & Advanced English)
✔ Excellent organizational abilities
✔ Good multitasking skills
✔ Prior EA or coordination experience preferred
✔ Female candidates preferred
