**Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female)**
**Location:** NHPC chowk Faridabad
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
**Experience:** 1–3 years preferred
office timing 10-7pm,6days working
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, strong communication skills, and experience in client handling , email.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle day-to-day back office operations efficiently
* Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and company records
* Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams
* Manage documentation and filing work
* Assist in preparing reports and MIS
* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
**Required Skills:**
* Good working knowledge of **MS Excel** (formulas, data entry, reports)
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in **email handling and client coordination**
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Internet, etc.)
* Good organizational and time management skills
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* Female candidates preferred
* Graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
