Role: Admin Executive / Office Admin
Oversee daily housekeeping and office cleanliness
Manage housekeeping materials, stock, and purchases
Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance vendors
Handle bills, invoices, and record-keeping
Manage office maintenance, repairs, and AMC follow-ups
Maintain office assets and stationery inventory
Assist employees with admin support, courier handling, and basic office tasks
Manage petty cash and monthly admin expenses
1–3 years of admin experience (BPO preferred)
Good communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Organized, reliable, and proactive
