Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized Admin & Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting schedules
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day office requirements
Handle courier, dispatch, and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management
Assist management in basic operational and coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream preferred)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable personality with professional attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in similar role will be an added advantage
