We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Sunlight Group to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel amenities.
Reservations: Manage room bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins.
Billing: Process payments, handle cash, verify credit cards, and maintain accurate guest folios.
Communication & Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and offer local recommendations (restaurants, transport, and attractions).
Issue Resolution: Listen to guest concerns, address complaints promptly, and ensure satisfactory solutions.
Lobby Management: Keep the reception desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. Basic computer proficiency and experience with Hotel Management Systems
