Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally upon arrival.
Manage table reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with restaurant managers and service staff for smooth guest flow.
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer preferences.
Assist in promoting restaurant offers, events, and loyalty programs.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Support billing and payment coordination when required.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems, reservation software preferred).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
