Job Title: Help Desk Executive – Residential Apartment

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Help Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide assistance to residents in a residential apartment. The candidate will be the first point of contact and ensure smooth communication between residents, management, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all resident queries and concerns
Handle complaints, requests, and service issues efficiently
Maintain records of visitor entries, complaints, and service requests
Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk interactions
Assist in daily administrative tasks and documentation
Ensure proper communication between residents and management
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and local language preferred
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
Prior experience in help desk, front office, or customer service is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Working Hours:
9am to 6pm
