About the Company

Infinite Learning & Entertainment operates family entertainment destinations featuring Arcade Games, Bowling, Soft Play, Restaurant, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and Family Entertainment Activities. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Relations Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable first impression.

• Assist guests with information regarding attractions, games, bowling, restaurant services, memberships, events, and packages.

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Build strong relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

• Coordinate with Operations, Restaurant, Arcade, Bowling, and Event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Handle birthday party and event guest coordination.

• Conduct guest follow-ups and collect customer feedback.

• Support promotional activities, memberships, and loyalty programs.

• Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports.

• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude with a guest-first approach.

• Ability to manage multiple guests and priorities efficiently.

• Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.

Qualifications

• PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experience in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Retail, Entertainment, Aviation, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
