Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Answer reservation calls (when required) by guiding through resort website , Address guest inquiries, preferences, and special requests to ensure a personalized service. Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex matters to superior authority as necessary .Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, promoting additional services where appropriate through resort website. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, concierge) to ensure seamless service delivery before Check-in .Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the hotel system .Prepare reports on guest feedback and suggest service improvements if any. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. Maintain a welcoming, guest-oriented lobby and reception area.
