✨ About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Front Office Executive for a reputed premium real estate organization. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to interact with high-profile clients with professionalism and grace.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors/clients with warmth and professionalism

• Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and walk-ins

• Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office coordination

• Assist sales/admin teams with documentation and scheduling

• Handle inquiries and guide customers efficiently

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

• Provide support with daily administrative tasks

• Excellent English communication skills (fluency required)

• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in client-facing roles

• Experience in front desk, administration, or customer service is a plus

• Strong multitasking ability and a composed, professional attitude

• Age below 37 of the candidate.
