A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
