We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at The Lofts At Central Point to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare invoices
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
