We are looking for a Front office Executive to join our team at Schematonics to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients politely and guide them appropriately
Handle front desk activities including answering phone calls and taking messages
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (front office, pantry, meeting rooms)
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist in office work such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks
Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform admin when items are required
Run errands such as bank work, bill payments, and vendor coordination when needed
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.He Can read ,write & speak kannada.
