We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team RAVI PRECAST to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 and growth opportunities.
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Handle customer inquiry calls, recovery calls, and order follow-ups.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Perform basic computer tasks such as Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and Email.
Support office operations like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th / 12th / Graduate with 0–2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking, and time-management with the ability to prioritize tasks. The candidate must have a professional attitude and be confident in written and verbal communication. Lady candidates preferred.
