Maintain the reception area and common areas (e.g., meeting rooms, pantry) to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and fully stocked.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Manage office supplies inventory, placing and verifying orders to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee directories and contact lists.
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, or other general administrative tasks as required by management.
Address and resolve customer/visitor complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
Assist in monitoring and managing office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and security regulations.
