Schedule appointments and assist in managing office calendars.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Coordinate with different departments for routine tasks and communication.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support HR and Admin teams with routine office tasks when required.
