We are looking for a Housing Society Front Office Manager to join our team at Sohag to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 with Flexible timing and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility and Maintenance Oversight: Coordinating repairs, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of amenities (lifts, water pumps, power backups).
Staff Management: Supervising housekeeping, security, and gardening staff; tracking their attendance, and assigning daily duties.
Financial Administration: Assisting with maintenance billing, tracking dues collection, and preparing documents for the annual statutory audit.
Member Services: Acting as the primary liaison between residents and the managing committee; handling complaints and processing move-in/move-out formalities.
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the society adheres to local bye-laws and regulations; drafting agendas, recording minutes of meetings (AGM/MCM), and issuing notices.
Vendor Coordination: Sourcing vendor quotations, supervising work quality, and managing payments.
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, Good English , Good Handwriting, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
