Position Overview
Hotel Atishay is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office to lead front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of hotel front office operations and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Supervise Front Office Executives, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations staff.
Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service at all times.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and reservation management.
Resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation.
Prepare and review daily reports, occupancy reports, and management reports.
Maintain hotel service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences.
Assist in implementing revenue enhancement strategies and maximizing room sales opportunities.
Ensure proper handling of VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests.
Maintain complete confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Tourism.
Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office Operations.
Certification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Hotel PMS software such as IDS, Opera, Lucid, WINHMS, etc.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Front Office operations within the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role will be preferred.
