Role Overview
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all front desk operations to ensure a smooth and professional patient journey from entry to exit. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience through efficient reception management and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage patient check-in, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and check-out processes efficiently.
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and patient-centric reception environment.
Ensure proper queue management and communicate delays or updates to patients professionally.
Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming standards, and work discipline.
Train and guide front office executives on patient handling, communication, and service standards.
Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with doctors, CRM, accounts, and clinic managers for smooth patient flow.
Maintain and analyze MIS reports including patient footfall and productivity metrics.
Ensure strict adherence to Realtooth protocols, confidentiality, and service excellence standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Pleasing personality with professional appearance and behavior.
Strong discipline and organizational skills.
Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in Front Desk Management, CRM, Patient Relations, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Wellness Industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of team-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
