Job Overview
The Front Office Executive is the face of the organization, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves managing the reception area, handling customer interactions, and providing administrative support to different departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.
· Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
· Manage room reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
· Maintain accurate records of guest information in the PMS.
· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
· Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and status updates.
· Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
· Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
· Handle cash, card payments, billing, and invoices accurately.
· Ensure proper shift handover with complete information.
· Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing offers.
· Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Office environment with standard working hours.
Interaction with diverse individuals including clients, guests, and team members.
May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
