Job Description – Front Desk Executive (Female Candidate)

Location: Redfox Hotel, Jaipur
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager

Role Overview:

The Front Desk Executive is the face of Redfox Hotel, responsible for welcoming guests with warmth, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and handling all front-office operations efficiently. She plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience while maintaining the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• Manage guest registrations, room allocations, and issue key cards.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.

• Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

• Process billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit card transaction accuracy.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with required material.

• Uphold hotel policies, security, and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Hotel Management Diploma preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office/Customer Service (hospitality preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.

• Knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software (IDS/Opera preferred).

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
