Café Front-End Staff / Customer Service Associate
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused candidates to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide attentive service.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle POS billing and cash, card, and UPI transactions.
- Explain menu items and recommend products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Assist with café opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in café, restaurant, or retail customer service.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing is preferred.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
