Job Description:
A Front Desk Executive (Receptionist) is the face and voice of an organization. They manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming communications, and perform clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience:
01-03 Years as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a Customer Service-Focused role.
Qualification:
Any Graduation.
CTC:
Rs.02.18LPA To Rs.02.40LPA
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1- Visitor Management: Greet guests, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
2- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries via phone or email.
3- Security & Access: Maintain workplace security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and following safety procedures.
4- Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
5- Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
6- Facility Maintenance: Keep the reception area and common areas tidy, and order office supplies as needed.
Skills Required:
1- Tech Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
2- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.
3- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
