About the Role:
We are hiring a smart and presentable Front Desk Receptionist for our real estate office in Delhi, Najafgarh. You will be the first face our clients see , your job is to make them feel welcome and keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients/visitors as they arrive at the office
Manage client inquiries and direct them to the right person
Answer phone calls and take messages
Maintain a clean and tidy reception and waiting area
Serve water/tea to clients and guests when they arrive
Assist with small errands and day-to-day office tasks as needed
Handle basic paperwork, printing, and file management
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/documents

Requirements:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass
Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory)
Presentable appearance and polite attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, WhatsApp, email)
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
Prior experience in receptionist or front desk role is a plus (freshers can also apply)
