Job Title: Receptionist – Admin

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the front desk daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.

· Answer incoming calls, address queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.

· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor entries.

· Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries by sorting and distributing them appropriately.

· Maintain visitor records, logs, and other documentation.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.

Required Candidate Profile:

· Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

· Ability to multitask and handle front-office operations efficiently.

· Professional grooming and presentation.
