Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception Management
Attend and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and guests and guide them appropriately.
Maintain visitor records and reception registers.
Handle courier dispatches, incoming mail, and office correspondence.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
Travel Management
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, train tickets,
hotel accommodations, and local transportation.
Coordinate travel itineraries for employees, senior management, and guests.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.
Maintain travel records, booking confirmations, and travel expense documentation.
Ensure cost-effective travel planning while adhering to company policies.
Handle last-minute travel changes and emergency travel requirements.
