Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people and making them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. As the face of our organization, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, heard, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their needs

Manage the front desk smoothly, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and visitor records

Attend phone calls, emails, and messages politely and direct them to the appropriate department

Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other teams to ensure guest comfort

Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant reception area at all times

Handle guest queries and concerns patiently, escalating issues when required

Support basic administrative work such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

Ensure registers, appointment schedules, and courier records are properly updated

Skills & Qualities We Value:

Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.

A calm, polite, and helpful attitude, even during busy hours.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Team player with a genuine interest in customer service.
