About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, manage visitor interactions, and support administrative tasks to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting calendars.
• Maintain reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and basic facility support.
• Provide support during company events, meetings, or client visits.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive/office coordinator is an advantage.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
