Front Office Executive – Advanced Gro Hair & GloSkin Clinic

Advanced Gro Hair & GloSkin Clinic is hiring a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive for our clinics in Sarjapur.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Manage appointments, phone calls, and WhatsApp queries.
Handle patient registration and maintain records.
Manage billing and payment collection.
Conduct patient follow-ups and collect feedback.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

Previous front office/receptionist experience preferred.
Healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good grooming, positive attitude, and multitasking ability.
Strong customer service skills.
