Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Representative to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a polished appearance, and the ability to effectively liaise between clients, visitors, and internal management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Handle queries and direct them to the appropriate department or manager
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
• Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
• Support the administrative team as needed

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients and team members
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
