We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Handle courier management (incoming/outgoing).
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk area.
Assist HR/Admin team in basic administrative tasks.
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in front desk/receptionist role.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Presentable and polite personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
