We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Administrative Support: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Scheduling: Update calendars and schedule meetings for the management team as required.
