Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and deliveries
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Maintain office attendance records (if required)
Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
Assist in vendor coordination and office supplies management
