What we want
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Direct walk in customer inquiries about travel packages, bookings, and services to the designated teams.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client requirements.
Manage basic administrative tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
