Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized, clean, and presentable.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate guest appointments and meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Handle basic office management and front-desk administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive information.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Highly presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
