We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area of our gym. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling administrative and customer service tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome gym members and visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about memberships and services
Manage member check-ins and maintain attendance records
Assist in membership registration, renewals, and billing coordination
Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when necessary
Maintain records, files, and basic data entry tasks
Promote gym services, offers, and packages to walk-in clients
