Greeting and assisting clients when they arrive.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
Explaining basic clinic services, packages, and offers.
Maintaining client records and updating appointment systems.
Processing payments and issuing receipts.
Coordinating with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and other staff.
Managing reception area cleanliness and organization.
Following up with clients regarding appointments and treatments.
Good communication skills (English and local language).
Pleasant and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
Customer service and sales skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently.
Previous experience as receptionist, front office, customer service, or clinic experience will be an added advantage.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
