Job Description – Front Desk Executive
Position :Front Desk Executive
Experience: 4–5 yrs
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type :Full-Time
Department : Administration / Front Office
Key Responsibilities•
1. Manage the front desk, calls, visitors, and day-to-day reception activities.
2. Handle petty cash and maintain proper expense records.
3. Manage stationery inventory and pantry/housekeeping inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
4. Prepare basic reports and documentation using MS Word and MS Excel.
5. Coordinate with vendors, accounts, admin, and other internal teams for day-to-day office requirements.
6. Support and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth office operations and maintenance.
7. Ensure the reception and office areas are maintained professionally.
8. Assist with basic accounting activities, including preparing and maintaining invoices and bills, and following up on pending payments.
9. Maintain and track staff attendance and coordinate with employees regarding attendance-related matters.
10. Address and coordinate the resolution of staff grievances and day-to-day employee concerns with the concerned department.
Required Skills
1. Good communication and well-spoken personality.
2. Presentable, organised, and responsible.
3. Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
4. Experience in petty cash, inventory management, bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
5. Good coordination, interpersonal, and multitasking
